Private Consultations

All participants of “Clinical / Studio Pilates” need to first have a private 1 on 1 consultation with a Rehabilitative Pilates Instructor. After that session they may be ready to participate in a small group class of no greater than 3 participants, of approximately 50 minute duration.

Who Is It For

Clinical Pilates (is for everyone young and elderly) can be performed as a private appointment (1:1) and or small group (1:3). Pilates is often used in injury rehabilitation, sports and athletics, pre/post-surgery, pregnancy, neurological conditions, autoimmune and most commonly lower back pain.

Semi-private Pilates Classes

Semi private 1:4 clinical pilates sessions run daily Monday to Friday. They are 50 minutes in duration. Once an initial assessment is performed participants are welcome to join the group setting. Each participant is doing different movements and programming within the 50 minutes, this is not a group fitness pilates class.
