Naturopathy

What is Naturopathy?

Gentle therapeutic techniques to help you regain control of your health. Naturopathy is an approach to wellness that harnesses the body’s own innate ability to heal itself with the aid of natural remedies, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle changes.

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy, or naturopathic medicine, is a form of alternative medicine.

Naturopathy takes a holistic approach to wellness. Naturopathy supports a person to live a healthy lifestyle.

Naturopathy aims to educate the person to look after their own health and the health of their family, minimising symptoms of any illness, supporting the body’s capacity to heal, and balancing the body so that illness is less likely to occur in the future. This is done through using nutrition, herbs and natural remedies. No medical drugs are prescribed.
